These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Altitude Digital ("Altitude Digital," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting a form, or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Altitude Digital provides lead-generation and customer-acquisition services to US solar and electrical contractors, including paid advertising management, landing pages, CRM and booking automation, appointment scheduling, and reporting. Specific deliverables, fees, and terms are set out in the agreement between you and Altitude Digital.
2. SMS / text messaging program terms
Program name and description
The Altitude Digital messaging program sends text (SMS) messages to individuals who have opted in through our website forms. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:
- Non-marketing (transactional) messages — such as appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and account or service notifications; and/or
- Marketing messages — such as special offers, discounts, and service updates.
You provide separate, express consent for each message type by checking the corresponding box on our form. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and providing your mobile number is optional.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the consent you provide.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply to all messages you send and receive. Altitude Digital is not responsible for these charges.
Opt-out instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again through our website form.

Carrier liability disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide to our messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use our website and services lawfully, and not to interfere with or disrupt the website, our systems, or other users. You agree to opt in only with phone numbers you are authorized to use.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, ad-spend responsibilities, and payment terms are described in your service agreement with Altitude Digital. Except as expressly stated in that agreement, fees are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Altitude Digital name and mark, is owned by or licensed to Altitude Digital and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, surveys, appointments, sales, or results except as expressly stated in your service agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altitude Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
